While all properties are qualified for owner financing, the individual investor must also qualify. Our short term financing is usually done in conjunction with a rate and term refinance from one of our approved lenders. We do not charge points and no payments are due as long as the loan is paid off in the agreed upon term.
The Bridge Financing is a unique financing option offered by Citiside Properties that allows you to use the equity in the property as your 20% down payment. Once you have assumed ownership of the property via owner financing from Citiside Properties, you will immediately refinance into traditional long term mortgage.
